Step 1: Connect
REFERRAL
Complete our self-referral form or ask your GP to send a referral to us directly.
Our team will contact you to make an appointment and supply you with paperwork to fill in prior to your first visit.
Step 2: Understand
NURSE APPOINTMENT
A telephone or video appointment with our nurse to get to know you, identify your key concerns and priorities, and provide you with education and resources.
No out of pocket fee.
Step 3: Educate & Empower
GP APPOINTMENT (45 - 60 minutess)
One of our specialised women’s health GPs will see you to create a management plan tailored to you.
Necessary tests, referrals and medications will be arranged.
You will have time to ask questions and understand your options.
If distance requires, this appointment can be by video link.
Private fee (reduced from usual clinic fees) or bulk billed for concession holders /patients under 16yrs.
Additional clinical services such as IUD insertions may be arranged
Step 4: Build your team
ALLIED HEALTH: Funded visits to physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with experience and training in management of pelvic pain and endometriosis (telehealth/ face to face)
GROUP SERVICES: Referral to funded group sessions run by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists
ADDITIONAL REFERRALS: to any specialists you may need for your team eg. gynaecologists, pain physicians (private or public system).
